By using Matra Studio (“Matra”) you agree to these terms.
The service
Matra analyzes music recordings you provide and presents the musical views it can support. Available charts can be reviewed, edited and exported in supported formats. Results are AI-generated and may be inaccurate or incomplete. Review them against the recording before relying on them.
Your content and rights
- You must have the right to upload any recording you import. Do not upload audio you do not own or have permission to process. You represent that you hold the necessary rights.
- You keep ownership of the recordings you upload and the edits you make. We use and retain private audio to analyze, play back and reopen your chart as described in the Privacy Policy.
- Chord symbols, keys and other musical facts are not owned by anyone. Matra does not reproduce or distribute third-party tabs, arrangements or sheet music.
Takedown
Matra is private by default and does not publish transcriptions of your recordings. If you believe content associated with the service infringes your rights, email takedown@matra.studio with the details and we will act promptly.
Private-beta access
- Access requires an invitation, verified account and acceptance of current account terms. Service and usage limits apply.
- Analysis is not charged during the current private beta. No credit packs, subscriptions or billing are active.
- New invitation rewards, credits and discounts are inactive during this beta. Any later paid terms will be published before activation.
Acceptable use
Don’t abuse the service: no automated scraping, no attempting to exceed rate or cost limits, no uploading unlawful content, no reverse-engineering or disrupting the service.
Termination
You may request account deletion through support. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or abuse the service.
Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Matra is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.
Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
